Kenya_WECA 2020

The World Educational and Cultural Center’s environmental improvement project sought to provide a stable learning space and an equal access to education and activities for Majisapi Elementary School’s kindergarten students, as this is a child’s transitional period of growth and development.

Due to the COVID-19 circumstances, we provided a safe and socially distanced space for children, ensuring every child’s health, safety, and learning opportunity.

Through these modifications and efforts, we were able to meet our 4^th SDG goal, which is quality education, alongside our other goals, including poverty eradication (goal 1), health and wellbeing (goal 3), and gender equality (goal 5).
