Pucallpa, Peru 2018

Dear Global Children Foundation Members,

We thank God first and foremost for blessing us with all his grace and glory in 2018. We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratefulness to all of our Global Children Foundation supporters. We are thankful for your encouragement and the support you have all provided to the children of Pucallpa in the Peruvian Amazon region.

The year 2018 was a joyous year for the children of Pucallpa.  We are appreciative for the love and sincerity of the Global Children Foundation.

The sponsorship of the Global Children Foundation has provided a place of hope for the children who were unable to eat even just one meal a day, who worked in the field, who were living in the streets, who were not receiving parental care, who had run away to seek refuge in the orphanage, and who have been physically and sexually abused. The children’s free lunch center became a gateway for them to meet Jesus and learn about God’s boundless love despite them growing up not knowing who Jesus is.

We would also like to extend our sincerest gratitude to all the supporters of the Global Children Foundation for bestowing love upon the billions of barren Pucallpa children and praying for the future blessings of God’s grace in 2019. We, the sister nuns, will do our best to improve the general conditions of the children’s free lunch center even when circumstances prove difficult in this destitute community.

Benefits of Sponsorship

The Age of Beneficiary: 2-14years old

The Number of Children: 75-80

The Effect:

Children are gradually gaining stability in their living conditions. In other words, the children who were able to eat one fixed meal a day were able to gain the strength to study in order to go to school regularly. It has become a delightful routine to see their bright, smiling faces open the door to the free lunch center after school. In addition, the children’s free lunch area has also transformed into a shelter for these children who had no other place to go after school.
