In a world suffering from disease and poverty, Nepal has been no exception. The country was deeply affected by the protests that occurred in September 2025, but it is now gradually finding stability again.  The Dapcha Mission Center is located in the village of Dapcha, in Kavre Province, about 60 kilometers from the capital city of Kathmandu. Within the center is the “Sarangwon” Children’s Home, where 23 children live, along with a dining hall and the Jin Sun Mi Boarding School, which serves about 270 students.  Each day at Sarangwon begins with morning worship. Afterward, the children enjoy their breakfast together — and they eat with such delight! The meal is the traditional Nepali dish dal bhat, and to ensure balanced nutrition, we regularly provide meat and milk as part of their diet.  Watching the children head off to school right next to the home brings deep gratitude to our hearts. Through organizations like GCF and other charitable groups around the world, the children at Sarangwon are able to receive proper nutrition and education as they grow.  As I see them, I find myself praying in my heart, “Dear children, grow up to become people of value — for your nation of Nepal and for others in need.”
