South Asia_Smile Train 2020

The GCF funding covered laboratory exams and testing, medications, and supplies for comprehensive nutritional treatment.

As we have previously communicated to GCF, our partners increasingly report that cleftsurgeries for very young patients are postponed because the children are not strong enough toundergo surgery.

We have been funding a variety of nutritional programs as part of ourComprehensive Cleft Care (CCC) initiative.

CCC represents our effort to holistically treat the cleft child, and the services are designed to maximize the impact of cleft surgery.

We have provided nutritional program funding to more than 50 partner hospitals in 24 countries.
